All to raise funds for sick and injured pets...

Oak Island Dog Games ™  is run and organized by  The Sergei Foundation to raise funds for its Coastal Chapter to serve Brunswick and New Hanover counties in its mission "Savings companion pets' lives by coordinating care for sick and injured dogs or cats, providing families with resources to obtain life-saving veterinary treatment."

Oak Island is a spin-off from our successful Triad Dog Games. The inaugural event will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Middleton Park - just one street from the public beach! (Dog may run and play on the beach, leash-free, at this time of year).

Dock jumping will be a carry-over event, hosted again by Ultimate Air Dogs as well as the small dog races we call "Doggy Daches."  However, we like to shake things up and add new items for a new location!  Oak Island Dog Games will still feature disc sports, but will switch to the UPDog Challenge featuring a combination of disc/Frisbee and agility type events.

Enter your dog(s) to compete or just him or her (and the rest of the family) spectate, spend the day at the beach and have some family fun. Leashed, friendly, and rabies vaccinated dogs welcome!

See the events page for more on each competition and daily activities as they become available.
